We help arrange interviews, check references, do background and drug screens, and manage the entire hiring process.
Contract: Pleasant Consulting accepts long and short term Technical contracts. Our contractors have an option to be an employee of Pleasant Consulting or to be their own corporation. Pleasant Consulting handles all payroll liabilities and responsibilities. Our contractors are all paid on an hourly basis and receive weekly paychecks.
Contract-to-Direct: We will recruit, reference check and pre-screen candidates who fit your internal, full time positions. After making sure the contractor is a good match for your position, you can convert them to your regular payroll and benefit plan as a part of our contract-to-hire fee agreement. We offer placements of any consultant free of charge after 6 months of contracting, and there is also an early “buy out” program.
Direct Hire: When you’re looking for your next direct employee, we can assist you by using our large network of candidates. The client interviews and hire candidates, who go directly onto the clients payroll. We work on a contingency basis, so you don’t pay a fee unless we find you a qualified candidate. The fee for a Direct Hire is a one-time charge based on the employees first years’ salary.
